All About A2 Milk

Isiri A2 Milk is produced by Desi Cows which are loved, cared and nurtured. Our cows are given fresh fodder, clean water, dry grass and medicinal plants. Isiri is a women-owned dairy farm following sustainable dairy farming practices.
We practice to remain eco-friendly.

A2 milk is certified to be a best available substitute for mother’s milk.

Rich in its namesake protein (A2) and calcium which are required by both adult and children and helps in building immunity.

Free from Preservatives, we do not give our cows any Hormone, Steroids or Antibiotics and which makes it 100% natural.

A2 Desi Cow Ghee

Our Handcrafted A2 Ghee is produced by Grass fed Indian Desi gir cows and are 100% natural.
Our Ghee is made traditionally by churning butter from set curd and extracting ghee in the Bilona Method.

Our Ghee incorporates healthy fat soluble vitamins that facilitate the absorption of nutrients in the food which are vital for health.
Since our ghee is made from Good non-homogenized and non-pasteurised milk, it retains all the vitamins and nutrition which enhances immunity.
Our Ghee is delivered all over India in glass bottles.

Wood Pressed Oils

Cold pressing is an ancient method of extracting oil without using heat to retain its natural molecular structure, its nutritional value, flavour and freshness there by increasing its storage quality and health benefits.
While new age refined oils are heated up-to 230°c which results in loss of most of its nutritional values and destroying Omega -6 Fatty acids.
We procure grade A seeds for our Oils, as the residue/Hindi is given to our cows for better nutrition and holistic farming.
We have Groundnut, Coconut, Sunflower, Sesame, Safflower, Mustard and our new addition Almond Oils.

It’s a blessing to get milk today from a “happy cow” that is not forced to give milk. Having researched the entire milk production cycle and knowing what happens with the cows and the processes within the dairy unit, I was always looking at an option to get milk from a known source and a well fed happy cow. Thankfully, I met the owners of ISIRI farms who are so fond of their new family of cows and we get to relish the thick and high protein milk fresh off the source. The curds is the thickest I have consumed ever and the malai (kene) formed after heating is a true testimony of the trueness of the quality. Reminds me of my younger days when my grandparents milked their cows everyday...such a rarity today.
